Please complete this form only if you wish to skip your Apple FCU Loan or Line of Credit payment (excluding Mortgages, Transition Loans, Visa Credit Cards, and HELP Loans) AND do not have Online Banking or our App.

You must be a member in good standing with all current loans (less than 25 days past due). The recurring electronic transfer record will NOT be skipped automatically. The loan must not have been past due by more than 30 days at any point within the past 12 months. Please contact Apple FCU if you have any questions or concerns.

By participating in Apple Federal Credit Union's Skip-A-Payment program, you request that Apple Federal Credit Union defer your loan payments as indicated. You agree and understand that: finance charges will continue to accrue at the rate provided in your original loan agreement, during and after this time; deferring your payment will result in your having to pay higher total finance charges than if you made your payment as originally scheduled; the payment deferral will extend the terms of your loan(s) and you will have to make extra payment(s) after your loan(s) would otherwise be paid off (excludes Certificate-secured loans which require a new loan to be executed upon maturity of Certificate); you will be required to resume your payments the following month. Automatic transfer records to an Apple FCU Deposit or Loan from another institution will NOT be skipped automatically. Contact that financial institution if you wish to skip the payment; if you elected Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) or Mechanical Repair Coverage, the coverage will not be extended beyond the original maturity date; certain restrictions may apply; excludes all real estate loans and credit cards; all deferrals are subject to Apple FCU approval.
