^*Apple FCU reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time without prior notice. To receive the incentive described, the person being referred and the referring member must be current employees of an eligible school, college, university, institute, academy or school district as defined by Apple Federal Credit Union’s Select Employer Groups (SEG). All employees, regardless of position, are eligible. The person being referred must be referred by an existing Apple FCU member, not be an existing Apple FCU member or had an Apple FCU account closed within the last 12 months. The new member(s) must: establish membership, open a Checking account and establish direct deposit (minimum $500) with their employing school system within 60 days of account opening. The referring member must have an Apple FCU Checking in good standing (no negative balance) and may not have any past due loan balances. Upon verification, the bonus will then be paid to both members within 60 days and reported as dividend income; any federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the members. Referring members may receive up to $300 annually for the Educator Referral Program and for referrals outside of this campaign.

^**The timing of early pay Direct Deposit varies based on the payment file submission from the payee. Apple FCU may make payroll and other electronic transfers available when the payment file is received, up to two (2) business days earlier than the scheduled payment date. Please note that funds are not available for you to spend until they are reflected in the AVAILABLE BALANCE. You should not rely on early pay Direct Deposit to satisfy the needs of scheduled bill or loan payments, or any other date-sensitive financial obligations. Apple FCU is not responsible for overdraft fees resulting from transactions that occur prior to funds posting.
