I'm very sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. This seems like a serious matter, and we’re here to help.
If you recognize a transaction but weren’t charged as expected, please try resolving the issue with the merchant and note the details of your conversation.
Otherwise, follow the instructions below.
Report Debit Card Fraud
To submit a fraud claim on your Debit Card, please ensure the transaction has posted to your account.
Call 866-561-2905 for assistance. Please remember that only the cardholder can submit a claim.
Report Credit Card Fraud
To submit a fraud claim on your Credit Card, please ensure the transaction has posted to your account.
For assistance, call us at 888-918-7313. Please remember that only the cardholder can submit a claim.
Report Suspicious Communication
Apple FCU may reach out by call or text to confirm a transaction or check on suspicious activity with your account.
We’ll never ask for your PIN or password.
If you suspect any fraudulent activity, avoid clicking links or calling numbers from the message. Instead, please contact us directly at our main line, 703-788-4800.

Apple FCU Online or Mobile App
Make payments easily by transferring funds in Apple FCU Online or our Mobile App. You can choose between one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments for added convenience.
- In Online, use the Pay button on the dashboard next to your Loan or Credit Card.
- In App, just tap the product you’d like to pay to find the Pay option.
Quick Pay
Make a quick payment using one of two methods:
- Your Checking or Savings account (routing and account number needed)
- With a Visa®, Discover® or Mastercard® debit card.
Mail a check
Please include your Member Number in the Memo line, then mail your payment to the corresponding address to your Loan type.

Transfer money between my Apple FCU accounts.
Transferring money instantly between your Apple FCU accounts can be done in a few simple steps:
In Apple FCU Online
- Log in and select Transfer Funds from the Pay and Transfer menu
- Specify the account you would like to transfer funds from and to
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer
- Review and click Confirm
In the Mobile App
- Log in and tap Transfers, then Make a Transfer
- Specify the account you would like to transfer funds from and to
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer
- Review and tap Confirm

To set up a one-time or recurring payment to your Apple FCU Loan from a non-Apple FCU account, follow these steps:
In Apple FCU Online
- Log in and hover over Pay and Transfer.
- Select Pay Loan.
- Click the From Account dropdown menu and select Add An Account.
- Click Add an External Account.
In the Mobile App
- Log in and tap More.
- Tap Pay and Transfer.
- Tap Pay Loan.
- Tap Add An Account.
- Tap Add an External Account.

I want to pay my bills using Bill Pay
If you’re using Apple FCU Online, select Pay and Transfer, then Pay Bills.
If you’re using the Mobile App, simply click Pay Bills.
After you’ve launched Bill Pay, locate the payee you would like to make a payment to and click Pay. Enter the payment amount, date, and select the account you would like to pay from. Finally, click Pay.

I need to add a non-Apple FCU account
To link a new external account using Apple FCU Online:
- Log in and click Pay and Transfer
- Click Transfer Funds, then select the More Actions tab
- Select Add Account.
To link a new external account using the Mobile App:
- Log in and click Transfers
- Select Add
- Log in and click Pay and Transfer
- Click Transfer Funds, then select the More Actions tab
- Select Add Account.
- Log in and click Transfers
- Select Add Account.
To link a non-Apple FCU account using Apple FCU Online:
To link a new external account using the Mobile App:

I would like to request a new Credit or Debit Card.
Apple FCU Credit and Debit Card replacements are mailed at least 10 business days before your Card expires.
Please note that all Cards are set to expire on the last day of the month displayed on your Card.
If your Card has expired and you have not yet received your replacement, please click on the "Let's Chat" icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Our virtual assistant, Ava, can connect you with a representative.
