Our comprehensive suite of Card management tools, available through Apple FCU Online and Mobile App, empowers you to manage your Cards effectively and securely. Explore our features and learn how to get the most out of your Apple FCU Cards using Manage Cards from the Accounts menu.

Easy Setup

On Apple FCU Online:

  1. Click Account Services > Manage Cards
  2. Click Travel Notices and input the dates you’ll be away and your destination.

On Mobile App

  1. Tap Cards
  2. Scroll down to Travel Notices and input the dates you’ll be away and your destination.

Block/Unblock Cards

Instantly activate or deactivate your Cards for added security.

  1. Click Account Services > Card Manager if you’re using Apple FCU Online, or navigate to Cards if you’re using Mobile App.
  2. Select Block/Unblock this card on the card you’d like to block


Set Spending Limits

Control your budget by setting daily or transaction-specific spending limits.

On Apple FCU Online:

  1. Click Account Services > Manage Cards
  2. Click on the card you’d like to manage
  3. Select Per Transaction under Transaction Limits and follow the instructions to set up your limits

On Mobile App:

  1. Tap Cards
  2. Scroll down to Alerts and Controls > Manage Card Alerts
  3. Select Per Transaction or Per Month and follow the instructions to set up your limits


Transaction Types

Restrict certain types of transactions, such as online purchases or ATM withdrawals, to safeguard against fraud.

On Apple FCU Online:

  1. Click Account Services > Manage Cards
  2. Click on the card you’d like to manage, then Manage Card Controls
  3. Scroll down to Transaction Types and select the transaction type(s) you wish to block

On Mobile App:

  1. Tap Cards
  2. Scroll down to Alerts and Controls > Manage Card Controls
  3. Scroll down to Transaction Types and select the transaction type(s) you wish to block


Location Controls

Limit Card usage to specific geographic areas to prevent unauthorized transactions.

On Apple FCU Online:

  1. Click Account Services > Manage Cards
  2. Click on the card you’d like to manage, then Manage Card Controls
  3. Find Locations and update your preferences

On Mobile App:

  1. Tap Cards
  2. Scroll down to Alerts and Controls > Manage Card Controls
  3. Find Locations and update your preferences
