Back-to-School Giveaway

1. ELIGIBITLY 

This Campaign is open to anyone who enters via the Official Giveaway Platform at woobox.com/k3hsim and is 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is open to legal residents of Virginia and is void where prohibited by law. You must be (or become) an Apple FCU member to win, and you must be in good standing (i.e., no delinquencies, not overdrawn, etc.). The Campaign is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Apple FCU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES 

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Apple FCU as final and binding as they relate to this Campaign. 

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD 

Entries will be accepted online Monday, August 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EST through Friday, August 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST. 

4. HOW TO ENTER 

Eligible entrants can enter the Back-to-School Giveaway by submitting an entry via the online form provided at woobox.com/k3hsim. Extra entries can be earned by leaving a comment on the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook. Please indicate where you commented (Instagram or Facebook) and provide your username. Entries must fully meet giveaway requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, to be eligible. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Apple Federal Credit Union. 

5. PRIZES 

We will randomly select five (5) winners from qualified entries. The giveaway ends on Friday, August 7, 2026. All winners will be chosen on Monday, August 10, 2026. 

Each winner will receive: 

One (1) $100 gift card to their choice of Amazon, Target, or Walmart. 

6. Odds: 

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

Drawing will be conducted by Apple Federal Credit Union, whose decisions are final and binding. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winners. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Apple FCU to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Apple FCU is not responsible for Winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam filters, social media settings, or incorrect contact information. Winners will be contacted via social media or the email address affiliated with their entry. If Winners cannot be contacted, are ineligible, fail to claim the prize within 48 hours, or fail to return required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNERS (AT APPLE FCU’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. 

8. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU 

By entering, You grant Apple FCU and its agents the right to use your entry, name, likeness, image, statements, and biographical information for promotional purposes without compensation, notice, or consent, where permitted by law. You represent that your entry is original and does not infringe on third‑party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Apple FCU harmless from claims related to infringement. 

9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Apple FCU reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign if fraud, technical issues, or other causes affect its integrity. Apple FCU may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Attempts to damage any website or undermine the Campaign may violate criminal and civil laws. 

10. LIMITED LIABILITY 

By entering, You agree to release Apple FCU and its affiliates from any liability related to participation, prize use, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or entry processing errors. 

11. DISPUTES 

This Campaign is governed by the laws of the United States and Virginia/Fairfax County. All disputes shall be resolved individually before a court in Fairfax County. Participants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. 

12. PRIVACY POLICY 

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy on the Apple FCU website. 

13. WINNERS LISTS: 

To obtain a copy of the Winners’ names or these Official Rules, mail a request with a stamped, self‑addressed envelope to: Apple Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 1200, Fairfax, VA 22038‑1200. Requests must be received no later than September 15, 2026.
