To avoid congestion at the branch, please wait until the start time to arrive. The line moves quickly, so no need to line up before 11 a.m.!
Watch for directional signs and staff to get your car lined up – for safety reasons, please stay in your vehicle at all times.
Please sort allowable items before arriving. All paper should be removed from metal fasteners, binders, bubble envelopes and other not acceptable materials.
Allowable items: traditional office paper, paper clips, staples and plain (not colored) manila folders.
Items not accepted: cardboard, colored file folders, 3-ring binders, books, boxes, plastic bags, newspapers, magazines, binder clips, bubble envelopes, CD cases or batteries, media or electronic waste (e.g., phones, CDs/DVDs, video tapes, cassette tapes or computer backups) plastic, aluminum, wood or metal.
