1.ELIGIBITILY

The Birthday Giveaway (the “Campaign”) is open to legal residents of Virginia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (For example, the parent or guardian of the child who wishes to win the birthday) and are either:

Employees of Apple FCU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible.

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating, you (“Entrant”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree that decisions of Apple FCU are final and binding. 

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

Entries will be accepted from July 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., through July 19, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m.  

4. HOW TO ENTER

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Winner announcement may occur after confirmation.   

If the winner: 

The prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. 

Once the winner claims their prize, Apple FCU will coordinate with the member to receive the prize at their branch location of choice. The winner is encouraged to bring the child receiving the party with them for celebratory photos. 

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Apple FCU permission to use their name, likeness and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

9. RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT

By entering, you grant Apple FCU the right to use your submitted information and content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation. 

You represent that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.
