How to setup member-to-member transfers

Transfer within Online Banking

  1. Locate Transfer widget and then the Standard tab.

  2. From the dropdown menus (pictured above), select the following:
    • FROM – choose the desired account from which you want to withdraw funds
    • TO – Select Add an account to make a transfer and then Internal account.

    • Enter other member’s Last Name, Member Number and the To ID (Deposit ID or Loan ID).
      1. Enter the appropriate account ID number. For example, Regular Savings – 0000, Free A+ Checking – 0017, Money Market – 0015, Student Checking – 0016)
      2. Optional: Save the account for future use and give the account a Nickname.
    • Type the Amount you’d like to transfer.
    • Click Submit to complete the transfer.

NOTE: The transfer will occur in real-time; the other member will have immediate access to the funds from their account.

Transfer using Transfers Widget within Online Banking

  1. Click the Transfers widget icon and then the Standard tab

  2. Use the To Account dropdown to locate the saved member-to-member account.

Transfer using Transfer Icon in the Mobile App

  1. Click the Transfer icon on the menu bar to transfer money between your own account(s) (My Accounts) or to (Other Members).

    1. To Add Account (member-to-member), you simply need to know their Last Name, Member Number and account ID (For example, Regular Savings – 0000, Free A+ Checking – 0017, Money Market – 0015, Student Checking – 0016)).
