Personal Money Management Software

Quicken® Users: Link your Apple account to your at-home money management system with ease. The first time you use Quicken with your Apple FCU account you may be prompted for your password or Apple FCU password. Please contact us to set this up and help ensure your account information transfers properly.

  3. Complete the short registration form.

For your protection and security, we will verify your information prior to usage. You will receive your registration status by email within three (3) days from the date of on which you submit your form. The email will also contain simple instruction of your next steps.

*Must be enrolled in NetBranch Online Banking and the primary account owner of the Apple account and the account at the ‘other’ financial institution. Popmoney™ Person-to-Person Transfers

Popmoney is an easy, fast and secure online personal payment service that lets you send, request and receive money directly from your bank account via text or email.

Now you can request or pay your family, friends or just about anyone at all and they don’t even need to have an existing Popmoney account.

  1. Login to NetBranch Online Banking.
  2. Select the Move Money tab and click Bank2Bank & Popmoney
  3. Follow the Popmoney prompts.

*Must be enrolled in NetBranch Online Banking and the primary or joint account owner. Use of Apple FCU’s Popmoney service and texting of funds to a mobile phone are FREE. For email transfers, a $1.25 per use fee is required. For direct deposit transfers, a $5.00 per use fee is required. Airtime and carrier fees per your contract/plan may apply for funds forwarded to any mobile phone.

Now you can deposit checks into your Checking, Savings or Money Market account anywhere you have access to a PC and desktop scanner with Apple’s FREE Scan Deposits. It’s secure, easy and saves you from making a trip to the branch.

Once approved, funds are posted to your account. To insure that your records remain accurate, Apple recommends printing a receipt and retaining deposit documents for up to 120 days.

To Qualify for Scan Deposits you must:
  • Be enrolled in NetBranch
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have been a member for at least 90 days
  • Have a valid email address on file
  • Have accounts in good standing (i.e. no negative balances (except Overdraft Privilege users in god standing) or past due Apple Loans; not had an Apple Loan write off)
  • Have no more than 3 non-sufficient fund (NSF) fees applied to your account within the past 12 months
  • Adhere to the Scan Deposit Terms and Conditions

Scan Deposit is not available for Apple Business Accounts.
**Our policy is to make funds from your cash, check, and electronic direct deposits available to you on the same day we receive your deposit. At that time, you can withdraw the funds in cash and we will use the funds to pay checks that you have written. For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a Scan Deposit before closing or before 4:00pm ET on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a Scan Deposit after closing or after 4:00pm ET or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open.

All data is encrypted using 128-bit encryption, the strongest form available, and transferred via the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol between you and the credit union.

Apple’s sophisticated authentication process affirms that each person logging into NetBranch is a valid user and protects your account from fraudulent use. We offer the following built in safeguards:

Username and Password Requirements

NetBranch asks for your username and password every time you begin a session. Access to your account is only available when your username and your password match exactly.

Limited Login Attempts

If, after several attempts you are unable to successfully login to NetBranch, you will be locked out. Select the Forgot Password prompt to reset your login information.

Limited Access Time

There is a default inactivity time limit for each NetBranch session at which time your session is automatically terminated. This built-in safeguard protects your account from unauthorized access in the event you are called away from your NetBranch session, or forget to log off at the conclusion of your session.

Enhanced Multi-Factor Authentication

When you attempt to login from a new computer, you will receive an instant, one-time access code to either a phone number or email address you provide during set-up to authenticate you as the true “owner”. Coupled with your password, this provides a more secure login process.

Similarly, when using a mobile device, you will be promoted to login using the Username and Password. Each time you login in using your mobile device, you will have to authenticate with a one-time passcode as you do for any unrecognized device. However, you can register your mobile device to avoid this authentication step in the future.
