Member-to-member Transfers
How to setup member-to-member transfers
Quick Transfer within Online Banking
- Locate the Quick Transfer panel on the dashboard.
- From the dropdown menus (pictured above), select the following:
- FROM – choose the desired account from which you want to withdraw funds
- TO – select ANY OTHER MEMBER located at the bottom of the list. This will expand the panel to look like this:
- Enter other member’s Last Name, Member Number and the To ID (Deposit ID or Loan ID).
- Enter the appropriate account ID number. For example, Regular Savings – 0000, Free A+ Checking – 0017, Money Market – 0015, Student Checking – 0016)
- Type the Amount you’d like to transfer and add a Comment if desired.
- Click Submit to complete the transfer.
NOTE: The transfer will occur in real-time; the other member will have immediate access to the funds from their account.
Transfer using Move Money within Online Banking
- Click the Move Money option, then Apple Account Transfer
- Use the Immediate Transfer menu. In the To field, select Any Other Member.
Transfer using Transfer Funds in the Mobile App
- Click the Transfer Funds icon on the dashboard to transfer money between your own account(s) (My Accounts) or to (Other Members).
- To use the Other Members feature, you simply need to know their Last Name, Member Number and account ID (For example, Regular Savings – 0000, Free A+ Checking – 0017, Money Market – 0015, Student Checking – 0016)).
