Branch Availability and Status
The following applies to branch operations effective Thursday, April 2, until further notice. ATMs are still available at each location, except GMU and Merrifield. Find a branch.

Branches with drive-thrus will remain open and are available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Services include: cash advances, deposits, Instant-issue Debit Cards, payments, statement printing, teller checks and withdrawals (max. $3,000) only. To expedite service, if you have a printer feel free to print and complete this Drive-thru Slip before arriving.

Lobby appointments can be scheduled on Tuesday or Thursday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m at the branches listed below. Appointments are for Safe Deposit Box access, Notary/Medallion Guarantee and International Wires only.

You can complete many banking functions online and through our Mobile App – loan applications, check deposits, pay bills, bank-to-bank external transfers, transfers using PayPal® and much more. Not enrolled? Enroll now.

0% Emergency Relief Loan
Borrow up to $10,000 at 0% APR* for 90 days - no payments for the first 90 days, repayment term of 30 months. Proof that your income has been impacted by COVID-19, including verification that you've been furloughed, laid off or have had a reduction in income, as well as other information, may be required. Temporary Fee Waivers
The following fees will be waived through at least May 31.
- Skip a Loan Payment – the fee will be waived for skipping a payment on an eligible Consumer Loan; click Skip a Payment from the gearwheel next to your Loan(s)
- ATM fees – all ATM fees charged by Apple are eliminated and we’ll rebate up to $10 a month in surcharge fees when you use a non-Apple ATM**
- Advantage Checking Fee – the $10 monthly fee for not maintaining qualifications will be waived
Penalty-FREE Certificate Withdrawals – should you need to break a Certificate before maturity, you don’t have to worry about any penalties

If you’re concerned about paying your mortgage or other loan, our Mortgage Servicing and Consumer Lending teams have relief options available.
*APR = Annual Percentage Rate as of 03/24/2020 for first 90 days of 30 month term; rate resets to 6.99% APR for the remainder of term. Payments deferred for 90 days; no prepayment penalties apply. This is a limited-time offer; subject to change at any time. Proof that your income has been impacted by COVID-19, including verification that you've been furloughed, laid off or have had a reduction in income, as well as other information, may be required.
