Apple is committed to serving our members during this unsettling time. Our teams are actively monitoring updates from local and state governments, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to ensure our response matches their recommendations.

We can assure you that the health and safety of our employees and members are top of mind. We’re committed to providing you a clean, safe environment to conduct your financial affairs. Preventative measures include:

  • Masks are required for all branch visitors and staff
  • Plexiglass shields at the teller line
  • Social Distancing reminders
  • Limited number of occupants
  • Enhanced cleaning protocols

Branch Availability and Status

We’re happy to share that after temporary closures and limited branch access, we’re resuming more normal operations – no appointment is necessary! Effective Monday, December 14, our lobbies will be open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at all branches except as noted below. Drive-thrus remain open until 6 p.m. weekdays as well; please complete this Drive-thru Slip before arriving.

How to Access Your Accounts

Online Banking or Mobile App
You can complete many banking functions online and through our Mobile App – loan applications, check deposits, pay bills, bank-to-bank external transfers, transfers using PayPal® and much more. Not enrolled? Enroll now.

Our Member Solutions Center is ready to help at 703-788-4800, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

You can mail in deposits and loan payments to Apple FCU, PO Box 1200, Fairfax, VA 22038-1200. Please do not send payments or deposits directly to a branch. Many branches are temporarily closed and mail is being returned to sender.

Log in to Online Banking and look for the Live Chat button to chat securely with a representative, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
