NetBranch
NetBranch Online Account Access is a FREE, secure service that allows members to:

  • Add a product, such as checking, Savings, Money Market via Add a Product link
  • View account balances and history
  • Verify cleared checks
  • Confirm deposits, withdrawals and payroll
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Apply for a loan
  • Reorder checks
  • And more.

As an added convenience, NetBranch users each receive their monthly account summary via Apple's eStatement service. eStatements is the default setting to receive account information once you have secured use of NetBranch. Should you elect instead to receive monthly paper statements, be sure to use Add a Product to change your statements to paper.

Enhanced Login Security – Protecting Your Account Information
The latest in information protection technology is now a part of your NetBranch account security. Enhanced Login Security (ELS), a sophisticated authentication process that affirms each person logging into NetBranch as a valid user, is an additional mandatory protection feature working to keep your account information secure 24/7 from fraudulent use.

In order to begin working effectively, this process requires that you initially choose security questions from a pre-determined list (favorite actress, street you grew up on, etc.). Then, at each login, the system will analyze the following three elements to ensure authenticity:

  • Member ID
  • Password
  • Computer Fingerprint (unique to each PC; requires ‘Cookies’ be enabled within browser)

Should the above elements not match for any reason (i.e. you set ELS up from your home computer, but are now attempting to login from work), you will be prompted to answer the security questions you’ve established. As such, make sure the answers you provide to these questions are consistent and not easily forgotten.

FREE Mobile Banking
No matter where you are, Apple's FREE Mobile Banking is the fast, easy way to stay connected to Apple FCU when you're on the go! Simply point your web-enabled mobile device to http://www.AppleFCU.org, and you'll have immediate, secure NetBranch access to:

  • Account balances
  • Transaction history
  • Transfer funds
  • ATM/branch search
  • And more!

No software is required. Usernames, passwords and security prompts are the same as those used for NetBranch. Apple FCU Mobile Banking is encrypted using the Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS) protocol, which provides the highest level of security available today. Additionally, all data that passes between the wireless gateway and Apple's web servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

It's convenient, FREE banking on the go!* To use Apple Mobile Banking, you must be a NetBranch user AND have logged in to the system and accepted the new terms and conditions following the system conversion that took place May 18 at 3 p.m. and have logged in to the system and accepted the new terms and conditions and enrolled in Enhanced Login Security. eBill Payer
Online eBill Payer makes the business of paying bills more convenient. Apple's FREE information-protected service:

  • SAVES time — experience the freedom of paying your bills ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, based on YOUR schedule
  • SAVES money — postage fees can average more than $50 a year per household*; not to mention the added expense of making trips to the post office
  • SAVES the anxiety — payments are 100% guaranteed safe, secure and on time†
  • SAVES the hassle — schedule and/or cancel recurring or single bill payments with ease; same and next day payment options are available
  • SAVES the headache — with eNotification capabilities and eBilling from participating vendors, the system remembers your payment schedule for you.

Getting started is easy! Simply login to NetBranch and click on the eBill Payer tab. Then, follow the step-by-step instructions, and you'll be ready to pay bills online in no time.

eStatements
eStatements make the clutter of excess paper a thing of the past. Apple's eStatements not only save valuable space, but they save you time and money - no more worrying over postal delivery. The FREE service is password protected for security, and can only be accessed through NetBranch online account access. As an added convenience, up to 12 months of past statements are available.

Members who have a checking account will have the option to receive monthly eStatements. Members who do not have a checking account will have the option to receive quarterly eStatements. Members who have a dormant account (inactivity on an Apple account for one year) will have the option to receive an annual eStatement.

Bank2Bank Transfer Available with NetBranch
NetBranch users already enjoy the convenience of transferring funds quickly and easily between their Apple FCU accounts. Now, this same benefit is available for accounts beyond the Credit Union. Transfer funds TO an Apple Checking or Savings account FROM a bank account at another institution (must be a primary or joint owner of the account; Business, 401(k) and IRA accounts excluded).

Transferring money TO an Apple account is FREE, with Bank2Bank featuring two tiers of service:

  1. Premium — 1 day turnaround
  2. Standard — 3 day turnaround.
One-time and repeat transfers are available for each. Usage and deposit balance(s) qualifications must be met in order to take advantage of the Bank2Bank service. A small, $5 fee will apply to all Bank2Bank transfers going FROM Apple to another institution.

To register for Bank2Bank, login to NetBranch today and select Bank2Bank Transfer from the Account Access tab’s sub-menu. For additional information, view Apple’s Bank2Bank Transfer Frequently Asked Questions. For qualifications and complete details, view the Terms of Service.

eDeposit
Making deposits has never been easier, more convenient or gas conscious. Fund your account from the comfort of home in minutes by making electronic check deposits with eDeposit, part of Apple's FREE NetBranch Service. Post to your account anytime, anywhere and gain immediate access to your funds, all in just a few mouse clicks. Plus, you will receive immediate access to your money because there is no customary check hold placed.

In order to qualify for eDeposit, members must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be enrolled in NetBranch
  • Have an Apple Checking account
  • Had an established relationship with Apple FCU for at least 90 days
  • Be in good standing with Apple FCU (i.e. no negative balances, no late payments on Apple Loans, not had an Apple FCU Loan written off, etc.)
  • Have $5,000 or more on deposit with Apple (includes Savings, Checking, IRA, Money Market and/or Certificate accounts)
  • Not had a single non sufficient funds (NSF) fee applied to their account within the past 24 months
  • Adhere to the eDeposit Terms of Agreement.
